Commenced his legal career by acting as paralegal and Teaching Assistant in 1986.

His international lawyering practicing started in Xerox, Philips, Siemens, L’Oréal and etc. He currently represents numerous US and European multinational enterprise as well as numerous SMEs of Switzerland, the Netherland, Belgium and Italy. He also seats on the Board and Supervisor of a quiet some international companies and family business.

He is quiet dynamic in CIETAC (China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission) and SHIAC (Shanghai International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission, Shanghai International Arbitration Center). 

He has published numerous articles and is one of the co-authors of five books in the area of International Merge & Acquisition, International Trade, Intellectual Property and PPP (Public-Private-Partnership).
