Mr. Pan mainly provides perennial or special legal services for a wide range of foreign investment companies including Fortune 500 companies. Also, he advises various foreign companies on foreign direct investment in China, including conducting due diligence, participating business negotiation, drafting legal documents, assisting clients solving legal issues and disputes arise in the process of company incorporation and daily management, providing or planning solutions for clients.

He has extensive background in the IPR issues, now he is providing IPR legal services for some domestic and overseas companies. Mr. Pan, as the main lawyer, has handled several litigations and invalidation cases of patent and trademarks, which make better results for the clients.

Ms. Pan obtained a LLM degree from East China University of Political Science and Law in 2011, and he has been practicing since 2011. Mr. Pan is fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese.
