Mr. Zhang has been working in Fangben since 2006.

Mr. Zhang has long been advising numerous multinational enterprises to invest and operate in China thoroughly and deeply. He is providing the legal support related to contract, FDI, corporate governance, corporate M&A, Labor & HR, IRP, and dispute resolution etc.

He has handled numerous corporate investments, mergers and acquisitions, liquidations, etc., and is very familiar with the legal requirements for various aspects which are confronted by enterprises, such as business affairs, IP issues, labor relationship, etc. He is highly qualified in providing enterprises with all-around legal services inclusive of business negotiation, standing legal counseling, dispute prevention, dispute resolution, etc. He is good at handling disputes through non-litigation and litigation ways and has represented different clients to handle numerous disputes successfully.
