Professional Experiences

Mr. Jiangang (George) Ge joined Fangben Law Office in 2014, and now practicing law in Fangben’s Shanghai office. Prior to joining Fangben, George had work experience in a law firm located in Manchester, the United Kingdom.


While practicing at Fangben, George has gained long and extensive experiences in foreign direct investment, project financing, corporate M&A and general commercial matters, having dealt with many cross-border investment projects and equity transfer in foreign-invested enterprises, and representing foreign invested companies to negotiate with Chinese governmental agencies.


George has broad experiences in dealing with complex international and domestic disputes, excelling in foreign-related litigations, mediation and consultation. He excels in disputes resolution on investment and financing as well as other civil and commercial areas.

Education background

George graduated from National Huaqiao University in 2013 obtaining his LL.B degree; in 2014 George graduated from The University of Manchester obtaining his LL.M degree.
