Mr. Adam Zhang specializes in theoretical research and practical operation of Contract Law, Corporate Law, Labor Law, Trademark Law and other practice areas which closely centers upon corporations. He provides many domestic enterprises and foreign-owned enterprises with legal services, and has participated as lawyer of many litigation cases related to Contract Law, Corporate Law, Labor Law and Trademark Law, and settled such disputes carefully and skillfully. Meanwhile, Mr. Adam Zhang also has considerable experience in the field of NEEQ.
