Ms. Zhao joined Fangben in 2016. She now provides perennial or special legal counsel service for a number of foreign-invested enterprises and domestic enterprises, and specializes in rendering legal services in the fields of corporate governance, private education, IPR, commercial dispute resolution and labor dispute resolution.


Ms Zhao obtained Bachelor of Law from the Law School of Nanjing University in 2014, and obtained Master of Law from the Johns Hopkins University-Nanjing University Center for Chinese and American Studies. Her working languages are Chinese and English.
