方本将友情赞助由中国国际经济贸易仲裁委员会（以下简称“贸仲”）组织的第十六届“贸仲杯”国际商事仲裁模拟仲裁庭辩论赛。

Fangben will sponsor the 16th CIETAC CUP International Commercial Arbitration Moot held by China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (hereinafter referred to as “CIETAC”).

“贸仲杯”国际商事仲裁模拟仲裁庭辩论赛是面向全国法学院校的仲裁法律专业学生的年度竞赛。“贸仲杯”辩论赛由贸仲资深仲裁员、国内外知名律师等专业人士组成模拟仲裁庭，参赛选手模拟仲裁案件中申请人和被申请人的角色参与仲裁庭开庭审理的各环节，比赛语言为英文。举办此项赛事旨在进一步扩大仲裁制度的影响，培养我国仲裁事业的后备人才。
CIETAC CUP International Commercial Arbitration Moot is an annual competition for nationwide law school students who major in arbitration law. In the moot, the arbitral tribunal consists of senior CIETAC arbitrators and well-known lawyers at home and abroad, and the contestants will simulate the roles of the applicant and the respondent in an arbitration case to go through all the stages in a trial. The competition language is English. The purpose of this competition is to further expand the influence of the arbitration system and establish the pool for talents for arbitration industry in China.

自2000年至今，贸仲已经成功举办了共十五届“贸仲杯”全国比赛。本届“贸仲杯”的报名队伍来自国内56所法学院和院校，遍及全国多个省份，将于2018年11月19日至23日在北京举行。

CIETAC has successfully held totally of fifteen rounds of CIETAC CUP since 2000. This year’s teams come from 45 law schools and colleges in China, covering multiple provinces across the country, and will be held in Beijing from November 19th to 23rd, 2018.
