Fangben Chief Partner Selected as One of the First Batch of “Shanghai Foreign-related Legal Talents Pool”

On December 10, 2019, Shanghai Law Society issued the Publication of Name-list of the First Selected Batch of 215 Foreign-related Legal Talents, Fangben Chief Partner Winston Jin is selected.

There are in total 86 lawyers selected and Winston Jin is one of them. Noticeably, out of the 86 lawyers, Winston Jin is among the only 5 lawyers who are evaluated as Second-grade Lawyers or above. 

Winston JIN has rich experiences in terms of foreign-related legal issues. His international lawyering practicing started with famous brands such as Xerox, Philips, Siemens, L’Oréal and etc. He currently represents numerous U.S. and European multinational enterprise as well as numerous SMEs of Switzerland, The Netherlands, Belgium, Italy and Finland. He also sits on the Boards and/or Supervisor of a quite some international companies and family-owned SMEs.
 

Winston JIN has been one of the most dynamic arbitrators in both CIETAC (China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission) and SHIAC (Shanghai International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission, Shanghai International Arbitration Center), while he is one of the 289 arbitrators who serve the term as arbitrator in both of the two afore-mentioned arbitration commissions concurrently and globally.

He has been concurrently acting as part-time professor of law in Nanjing University Law School, Shanghai University of Finance and Economy Law School and Soochow University Kenneth Wang Law School.
