Abstract: On 12th October 2018, China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) issued Regulatory Provisions on the Interconnection Depositary Receipt Business of the Shanghai Stock Exchange and the London Stock Exchange (for Trial Implementation), officially established the mechanism of “Shanghai-London Interconnection”. Due to the issuance of Provisions on the Supervision and Administration of Depository Receipts under the Stock Connect Scheme between Domestic and Overseas Stock Exchanges（“Provisions on the Supervision”）by CSRC on 11th February 2022, A-share listed companies in the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (“SZSE”) qualified are included to the scope of application.
